Residential projects

swaraj sample flats, ahmedabad

As a Senior Architect of Kapadia Associates, I worked on developing design along with Project architects, making 3D designs, supervising the site, communicating with vendors and contractors.

 

Savvy Swaraaj Township Masterplan was designed to encompass almost 600 apartments, retail and Sports building. The design was divided into different phases of development and is still developing on site. The apartments are designed to be 2bhk and 3bhk and each cluster of apartments is centred by the central community garden. 

 

We designed an offsite 2bhk and 3bhk sample flat for prebooking and sales.
