As a Junior Architect at Kapadia Associates, I worked on developing design along with Project architects, making 3D designs, supervising the site, communicating with vendors and contractors.

 

Saarus Enclave was designed with 37 villas and a central community garden and community hall. The villas were arranged in a way that no existing trees were harmed. The most luxurious villas placed with golf course facing and the budget ones towards the road.

 

We also designed a 3bhk sample Villa for prebooking and sales.
