As a Senior Architect of Kapadia Associates, I worked on developing design along with Project architects, making 3D designs, supervising the site, communicating with vendors and contractors.​

 

Shapath V is multiuse building with the office avenue in North, Hotel Building in the south and a retail Podium. The building was Gujarat’s first high rise and self-efficient Leed certified. It was designed to keep all glass structure on North to let natural light in, solid wall on South to keep heat out, all the Services and utility in the southwest. The glass used is UV protected while rainwater is stored and all the wastewater of the building is recycled.
